Acceptable Return Circumstances
We accept returns under the following circumstances:
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, we're here to help.
Issues with Print or Manufacturing: In the rare instance of an issue with the print or manufacturing of your order, please reach out to us promptly.
Non-Acceptable Return Scenarios
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges in the following scenarios:
Size or Color Preferences: As each item is made-to-order, we cannot accommodate returns based on size or color preferences.
Personal Dissatisfaction with Graphics or Appearance: Given the bespoke nature of our products, returns due to personal dissatisfaction with the graphic or appearance of the product cannot be accepted.
Buyer’s Remorse: We do not provide refunds for buyer’s remorse or changes of heart after the order has been delivered.
To cancel an order, you must let us know within 12 hours of when the order was placed. We will do our best to cancel any orders after this period but once production begins we can no longer cancel the order.
All of our items are printed to order meaning we do not keep an inventory, because of this we cannot offer an outright exchange.
General Return Guidelines:
Timeframe: You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
Condition of Items: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.
Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.
Wrong Address: If your order was shipped to an incorrect address due to an error on our part, we will reship the order to the correct address at no additional cost.
Lost in the Mail: If your order is confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier, we will offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement item, subject to availability.
Product Damaged in the Mail: If your order arrives with noticeable damage due to mishandling during shipping, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will arrange for a return or exchange, depending on your preference.
Return Shipping and Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a damaged or incorrect item.
How to Initiate a Return:

- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos if applicable.
- Our customer support representative will guide you through the return process, including providing a prepaid return label if necessary.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
